Kelly Professional & Industrial is seeking experienced Machine Operators for a leading aerospace company in Midland, GA. This temp-to-hire role offers $18-$21 per hour with weekly pay. Shifts include 2nd shift and weekend options, with paid hours aligned to a full 40-hour schedule.

Responsibilities include operating forge presses and CNC machines, reading blueprints, measuring parts, and performing routine maintenance. US citizenship required for government work.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED.
• U.S. Citizenship required due to government contracts.
• 2+ years of machine operation experience.
• Ability to read and follow written work instructions.

Responsabilidades

• Set up, operate, and tend forge presses, CNC, deburring, and other machines.
• Read work orders or blueprints to determine tolerances and sequences of operations for machine setups.
• Measure and inspect machined parts to ensure conformance to product specifications.
• Perform periodic preventive maintenance checks and minor repairs.
