Job summary

Jobot is hiring a CNC Operator with aerospace and machine shop experience in Santa Fe Springs, CA. This on-site, 2nd shift role offers long-term stability with regular hours from 2pm to 10:30pm, Monday through Friday, and a hourly pay range of $28–$32.

The candidate will work in a precision manufacturing environment, performing multi-axis milling, program development, and machine setup with direct collaboration across the shop team. Medical, dental, vision, and 401K benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience reading technical drawings and specifications.
• Ability to work in a regulated aerospace/machine shop environment.
• Strong organizational skills and documentation discipline.

Responsibilities

• Assist with equipment setup and initial part verification for CNC milling.
• Develop and modify programs for a variety of manufacturing processes.
• Optimize CNC machining across 3–5 axis milling operations.
• Collaborate with shop personnel to standardize tooling and methods.
• Maintain organized control of program files and related records.
