• Perform final and in-process inspections of aerospace parts.
• Create, edit, and correlate PC-DMIS programs using solid models and prints.
• Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using a CMM and verify with gages.
• Interpret operation sheets and blueprints to confirm part acceptability.
• Ensure inspected parts meet customer criteria and document results.
• Process paperwork for defective or re-worked parts; overtime as needed.
• Familiar with building/calibrating hard gaging is a plus.
