Reich Tool & Design is seeking a CMM Programmer/Operator to program and operate Zeiss CMMs, Calypso software, and related inspection equipment in a multi-axis inspection environment.
You will interpret blueprints, perform first article and in-process inspections, and document results per AS9102 and company procedures. Training and overtime may be required to support lean manufacturing and quality initiatives.
Competenze
- Program the Zeiss CMM using Calypso software for first piece, in-process, and final inspection.
- Operate and maintain Zeiss CMM, Faro arm, vision system and other inspection equipment.
- Interpret blueprints and GD&T to determine inspection requirements.
- Complete AS9102 first article inspection forms and related records.

- Develop and maintain CMM programs and inspection records.
- Inspect first piece, in-process, purchased parts, and finished products for conformance.
- Identify nonconformances and support root cause investigations.
- Communicate inspection timelines and quality concerns to the supervisor.
- Train others on CMM programming and inspection procedures.
- Follow ISO 9001/13485 and LEAN practices in daily work.
- Travel and overtime as needed to meet customer timelines.
