Job summary

Accelera Staffing is seeking a skilled CMM Programmer to support a premier aerospace manufacturing facility in Fort Worth. Use Zeiss Calypso to create precise inspection routines and ensure GD&T specifications are met across complex aerospace parts.

In this role you will analyze engineering blueprints, leverage CATIA and 3DEXPERIENCE models, and collaborate with manufacturing, quality, and engineering teams to drive accurate measurements and quality improvements on a weekday schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional CMM programming experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Zeiss Calypso.
• Comprehensive knowledge of GD&T principles.
• Background in manufacturing or aerospace environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with 3DX or CATIA software is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

• Create and refine inspection routines utilizing Zeiss Calypso software.
• Analyze engineering blueprints to ensure full compliance with GD&T specifications.
• Conduct dimensional assessments to help maintain high-quality standards for aerospace parts.
• Partner with manufacturing, quality, and engineering departments to streamline production workflows.
• Leverage CATIA and 3DX models to facilitate and improve inspection accuracy.
• Resolve complex measurement and programming obstacles to ensure operational efficiency.
