Job summary

TRIGO ADR Americas is seeking a CMM Programmer to operate and program CMMs on-site with occasional remote work. The role requires extensive knowledge of Calypso and PCDMIS, GD&T, and aerospace dimensional inspection.

The candidate should have 5–10 years of aerospace/manufacturing experience, US citizenship preferred, and the ability to travel to other locations as needed. The position combines hands-on programming with data documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• CMM programming experience with PCDMIS or CALYPSO preferred.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience is highly desirable.
• Reading blueprints and GD&T per ASME Y14.5 required.

Responsibilities

• Set up and run CMM programs, perform alignment, and calibrations.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain documentation.
• Review inspection records for compliance.
• Coordinate Non-Conformance Reports for nonconforming parts.
