Consolidated Precision Products Corp. in Cudahy, CA is seeking a CMM Programmer on 1st shift. You will perform visual and dimensional inspections, read blueprints, and operate CMM equipment to verify part conformance for aerospace components.

The role requires experience with DMIS/PC-DMIS, AS9100 knowledge, and the ability to interpret GD&T. CPP offers overtime, a comprehensive benefits package, 401k with employer match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience: Use of CMM and hand tools for dimensional inspection.
• Certifications: AFS Laboratory Certification preferred.
• Software: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
• Able to read blueprints to measure features and tolerances.
• Able to interpret reduced dimension drawings and program using electronic model.

Responsibilities

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of castings to ensure conformance to blueprint or electronic file requirements.
• Interpret GD&T on engineering drawings.
• Prepare First Article Inspection Reports using AS9102 forms.
• Operate CMM and hand measurement equipment (DMIS, PC-DMIS).
• Dubious: accommodate reasonable adjustments to enable performance of duties.
