Consolidated Precision Products Corp. in Cudahy, WI seeks a CMM Programmer to join the aerospace manufacturing team. You will interpret blueprints, program CMMs, and conduct first article inspections, using PC-DMIS and DMIS 6.0. Competitive overtime and a comprehensive benefits package are included.

Must have a high school diploma/GED; AFS certification preferred. Candidate will work with AS9100 standards and a bilingual English/Spanish skillset is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Experience using CMM and hand tools for dimensional inspection.
• AFS Laboratory Certification is preferred.
• Proficiency with DMIS 6.0 and PC-DMIS required.
• Ability to read and interpret GD&T and blueprints.

Responsabilités

• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of castings.
• Interpret GD&T drawings and AS9102 First Article Reports.
• Operate measurement equipment including surface plates and calipers.
• Program using electronic models and CMM software.
• Maintain measurement records and ensure conformance.
