Job summary

ExoTerra is seeking an entry-level Precision Cleaner / Cleanroom Technician to join our production team. The ideal candidate will learn aerospace precision cleaning, passivation, and cleanliness verification in a controlled cleanroom environment, developing foundational skills and pursuing industry certifications.

The technician will work under supervision, following detailed work instructions and contributing to quality and cleanliness standards while preparing hardware for downstream assembly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 0–2 years of hands-on manufacturing or cleaning experience.
• Able to learn detailed cleaning/work instructions and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior technicians with precision cleaning and passivation of aerospace hardware.
• Learn ultrasonic cleaning operations following established procedures.
• Support passivation processes and controlled drying.
• Perform cleanliness verification methods such as particle counts and NVR testing.
• Follow cleanroom protocols, gowning, and contamination-control practices.
