Job summary

Crane Aerospace & Electronics, Inc. is seeking a Production Assembler I in Lynwood, WA to perform assembly tasks under supervision and follow detailed instructions. You will prepare components, inspect assemblies, and document processes in a high-volume manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Ability to interpret production or engineering prints, production planning information and assembly aids.
• IPC Soldering Certification is preferred; Hand crimping is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned assembly tasks and prepare components prior to assembly.
• Inspect components, subassemblies, or completed assemblies for quality and paperwork accuracy.
• Set up and operate assigned equipment and machinery while following safety procedures.
• Follow documented work instructions and participate in team meetings for process improvements.
• Adhere to Crane CBS initiatives and complete required training.
