RTX is seeking a Principal Engineer, Systems Engineering in East Hartford, CT for the TF33 Engine Design & System Integration group. The role focuses on leading CIP tasks, partnering with cross-functional teams across CT, OK, PR, and FL, and supporting USG customers. The position is onsite with travel and offers relocation eligibility.

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor’s degree in STEM with 8+ years in aerospace, including project management experience and CIP familiarity. 10% travel is required.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math with a minimum of 8+ years of experience in aerospace.
• 10% Travel required.
• Project management experience is preferred and TF33/CIP experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead CIP tasks owned by EDSI and support CIP tasks for other teams.
• Lead some EDSI owned tasks, including CAM responsibilities.
• Contribute to SIPTs, EDSITs, and CIP-related reviews.
• Develop standard work for processes/procedures and participate in CIP conferences with the customer.
