Job summary

MOHR Talent is hiring a Continuous Improvement Engineer to help lead the quality management system in an aerospace manufacturing environment. This role focuses on developing procedures, statistical sampling, audits, and NAdcap/AS9100 compliance, with an opportunity to contribute to long-term quality improvements.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in engineering and has relevant aerospace quality experience, with the ability to obtain security clearance if required and to work as a

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar quality role, preferably within aerospace or defense manufacturing.
• Experience working with ISO quality management standards, AS9100 or Nadcap is strongly preferred.
• Must be able to obtain a security clearance if required and must be a U.S. person as defined by export control regulations.

Responsibilities
