Job summary

AeroFlow Technologies seeks a Continuous Improvement & HSE Manager to lead Lean Six Sigma initiatives across aerospace manufacturing, driving a zero-harm safety culture and AS9100 compliance on the production floor.

You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams, implement 6S, Kaizen events, TPM, and Standard Work, and translate data into actionable improvements while mentoring staff. The role emphasizes change management, regulatory alignment, and measurable waste/ergonomic reductions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, operations management, or related field with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Alternatively, 5 years of relevant professional experience in lieu of degree.
• 5+ years in process improvement, operations, and safety management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and change management abilities.
• Proficiency with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and TPM methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and expand local capabilities in applying continuous improvement tools tailored to aerospace production lines.
• Identify, coordinate, and lead improvement initiatives to optimize production, quality, and safety.
• Facilitate cross-functional project teams, workshops, and Kaizen events to drive structural operational improvement.
• Ensure all process optimization initiatives align with AS9100.
