Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC in Florida is seeking a Chemical Process Operator to perform chemical and mechanical processing for aerospace turbine engine components. The role supports coating, cleaning, surface preparation, and thermal processing while meeting quality and safety standards.

You will operate furnaces, coating systems, and related equipment on 2nd shift, Monday-Friday 12:00p-8:00p, with a $2.00/hr shift differential.

Responsibilities

Perform chemical processing and coating operations on aerospace components.
Execute grit blasting, ultrasonic cleaning, thermal processing, and coating prep.
Operate and maintain furnaces, coating systems, and manufacturing equipment.
Prepare and mix production materials per procedures.
Monitor process parameters and ensure quality and safety standards.
Complete process logs and production documentation for traceability.
Inspect work to meet customer and engineering requirements.
Adhere to environmental and safety procedures and participate in Lean initiatives
