Job summary

Chromalloy Carson City is seeking a Chemical Process Operator to join the Blade Manufacturing team. You will prepare materials, operate equipment, and ensure strict quality and safety requirements in a hands-on manufacturing environment.

This role supports aviation components with opportunities for growth, competitive pay, and a shift from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM. Eligibility includes standard background checks and a commitment to safety and quality.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Manufacturing/production experience is a plus.
  • Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Comfort with measuring tools and production equipment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong quality focus.

Responsibilities

  • Operate equipment and support chemical processing operations.
  • Prepare and mix materials according to process requirements.
  • Modify and process parts to meet production specifications.
  • Inspect work using measuring and inspection tools.
  • Follow production procedures, quality standards, and process controls.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Support Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Follow all environmental, health, safety, and quality requirements.
  • Assist with other production-related tasks as needed.

Job Description

We're looking for a Chemical Process Operator to join our Blade Manufacturing team. In this hands-on role, you'll support the production and repair of critical aerospace components by preparing materials, operating equipment, and ensuring all work meets strict quality and safety requirements. Shift

Primarily Monday-Friday (schedule flexibility required; days and hours may vary based on business needs, including weekends) | 3:00 PM-11:30 PM

Shift Differential

$1-$3/hour based on assigned workdays

What You'll Do

The salary range for this position reflects a broad spectrum of experience levels. Individual compensation within the range is determined by multiple factors, including relevant experience, education, certifications, job related skills, internal equity, and market conditions. We evaluate each candidate individually to ensure fair and competitive pay decisions.
