Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Production Worker to support the manufacturing and processing of aerospace components in a fast-paced production environment. You will use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to prepare materials, support production processes, and help ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and to quality standards.

The role offers 2nd shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00p-11:00p) with a 10% shift differential and a starting rate of $21.56/hr.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Ability to follow work instructions and standardized processes.
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and attendance.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Use hand, power, and machine tools to prepare, clean, and process molds, equipment, parts, assemblies, and machinery.
• Perform production tasks following standardized work instructions and established procedures.
• Cross-train and support operations across multiple production areas.
• Follow all safety procedures and properly use required personal protective equipment (PPE).
• Maintain compliance with Job Safety Analyses (JSAs), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), and company safety requirements.
• Support production goals in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
