Jobot is seeking an experienced Grinder with aerospace fasteners expertise, precision blueprint reading, machine setup, and quality inspection using advanced measuring equipment. The role centers on setting up, operating, and monitoring centerless grinding equipment to deliver high-quality components that meet exact specifications.

Qualifications

• Experience reading blueprints/engineering drawings and interpreting tolerances.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate centerless grinding machines in manual and automatic production environments.
• Select and install grinding wheels, support blades, and machine tooling as required.
• Perform wheel dressing, machine adjustments, and process optimization to maintain quality and efficiency.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and manufacturing specifications.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections using precision measuring equipment.
• Monitor production quality and make necessary machine adjustments.
• Follow SPC procedures and maintain accurate production records.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with quality, production, and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
