Consolidated Precision Products Euclid is seeking a Process Engineer to join a leading investment casting foundry serving aerospace and industrial markets. You will develop and improve casting processes and tooling, apply proven methods, and work hands-on to solve quality, yield, and rework challenges.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical field required.
• 0–5 years in mechanical or product engineering in investment casting; increasing levels of responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Interpret customer specifications relative to establishing internal written NDT specifications.
• Develop the overall metallurgical casting process from gate design to establishing casting parameters.
• Assess the physical structure and behavior of metals and metal distribution systems within DS/SX systems.
• Investigate metallurgical failure using root cause analysis.
• Publish reports on research and completed tests using data‑based decisions.
• Identify and improve process yields using data analysis techniques (statistical, mathematical, DOE, 6‑Sigma) to uncover variables in the process.
