Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of engineering technician experience or related education.
• Minimum two years mentoring teammates in manufacturing or inspection environments.
• Minimum two years of nondestructive testing experience on aerospace components.

Responsibilities

• Assess and coordinate operations for Casting and FPI lines.
• Interpret complex blueprints and aerospace specifications.
• Implement floor-level process improvements to boost efficiency, safety, quality, and workflow.
• Perform Level 2 Liquid Penetrant Testing on aerospace components per standards.
• Evaluate defects and recommend rework or scrap disposition.
• Support setup, tool proofing, and program edits for aerospace processes.
• Collaborate with engineering to prepare Discrepancy Reports and assess rework feasibility.
• Train Level 1/2 inspectors in NDT methods and procedures.
