Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 4+ years of experience, or Master’s with 2+ years.
• Familiarity with NASA processes and mission integration.
• Experience in logistics, supply chain, inventory management, aerospace, or manufacturing.
• Strong organization skills and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Manage cargo logistics and hardware delivery planning across mission lifecycles.
• Track open work, resolve logistics issues, and maintain documentation.
• Forecast hardware inventory needs for flight, training, and ground support.
• Coordinate hardware readiness, pre-delivery reviews, and manifest updates.
• Monitor production and processing schedules, identify and mitigate risks.
• Develop and maintain logistics processes, workflows, and status reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics with mission requirements.
