Job summary

Zone 5 Technologies is seeking a Logistics Manager to architect and lead a scalable logistics and inventory management capability across flight test programs. You will design control systems for tools, avionics, test equipment, and vehicles, with emphasis on traceability and auditable processes.

You will forecast demand, coordinate logistics readiness, manage fleet documentation and regulatory compliance, and ensure on-schedule, mission-ready equipment across the USA and international locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in supply chain, logistics, operations, or related field (aerospace/defense preferred).
• 5–8+ years of logistics or asset management in high‑reliability environments.
• Experience building inventory systems from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement centralized inventory management for flight test and engineering assets (audit-ready).
• Forecast equipment demand and deconflict asset usage across concurrent programs.
• Develop inspections, maintenance schedules, and compliance for fleet and test vehicles.
