Job summary

Skyeton Inc. in Fayetteville, NC seeks a Cable Harness Technician to build, install, inspect, test, and repair electrical wire harnesses and cable assemblies for Skyeton unmanned aerial systems and ground-support equipment.

You will work from drawings, wiring diagrams, BOMs, travelers, and work instructions to produce reliable, traceable assemblies. You will read engineering docs, maintain records, ensure safety and quality, and collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical Engineering,

Qualifications

• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and assembly drawings.
• Assemble, repair, or inspect cable harnesses and electrical assemblies with precision.
• Document production and quality records accurately.
• Use test equipment to verify connectivity and performance.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate harnesses per drawings and BOMs.
• Measure, cut, strip, label, terminate, crimp, solder, and route wires.
• Install connectors, backshells, and harness components.
• Perform in-process and final inspections for routing, labeling, and specs.
• Conduct electrical tests using meters and harness testers.
• Document defects and coordinate repairs within procedures.
