Zusammenfassung

Skyeton, Inc. seeks a senior Electrical Assembly & Integration lead to design, commission, and operate the cable/harness build cell for UAV production.

You will lead electrical integration for UAV systems, payloads, antennas, and ground support equipment, while developing test fixtures and production-ready instructions. The role requires extensive experience in aerospace manufacturing, IPC/J-STD standards, and the ability to obtain US security clearance.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Aerospace Engineering or related discipline.
• 10+ years in aerospace, defense, or highly regulated electrical manufacturing environments.
• 5+ years leading harness and electronics assembly operations.
• Experience with IPC-A-610, IPC/WHMA-A-620, IPC J-STD-001, ANSI/ESD S20.20, AS9100, and AS9102 standards.
• Must be able to obtain a United States Security Clearance (Under ITAR/EAR regulations)

Aufgaben

• Design, commission, and operate the cable/harness build cell and electronics assembly.
• Lead harness boards, LRUs, and PCBAs to aerospace workmanship standards.
• Lead electrical integration activities for UAV systems, payloads, antennas, datalinks, and ground support equipment.
• Develop and maintain electrical test fixtures, programming jigs, RF test systems, and continuity/isolation testing equipment.
• Translate and refine electrical drawings, wiring diagrams, and manufacturing documentation into production-ready work instructions.
