Canopy A&D in Ontario, CA is seeking a Bench technician to deliver precision-manufactured components for aerospace and defense. You will work with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure parts meet exact specs.

The role requires deburring and hand-finishing of parts, correlating with blueprints, and participating in continuous improvement. Base hours 6:00am-2:30pm; base pay $18.00-$26.00 per hour plus benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K match, paid leave and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience deburring and hand-finishing precision parts to customer specifications using appropriate procedures, machines, and tooling.
• Ability to perform work, rework, and inspections while accurately maintaining documentation and required job data.
• Proficiency in coordinating daily production activities, including scheduling, planning, execution, and status updates with leadership.
• Working knowledge of ERP systems and ability to support cross-functional shop floor operations as needed.
• Commitment to 5S, cleanliness and health/safety guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Deburr and hand-finish parts in accordance with customer specifications using established procedures, machines, and tooling.
• Verify parts meet blueprint requirements and ensure they remain free from damage throughout processing.
• Actively participate in the planning and execution of continuous improvement initiatives.
• Support and perform cross-functional operations as needed.
