Precision Castparts Corp. is seeking a Level two bench grinder/deburr operator in California to perform hand finishing tasks on aerospace parts with close tolerances.

You will read basic prints and use various deburr media to achieve specified surface finishes while maintaining critical dimensions. Experience is valued but not strictly required; the role includes a quarterly bonus plan, PTO, holidays, health insurance and a 401(k).

Qualifikationen

• GED or High School diploma preferred but not required.
• Basic print reading skills.
• Ability to lift 35 lbs and use inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, profilometers).

• Interpret plans, work orders, blueprints and drawings for deburr tasks.
• Use measuring instruments to perform bench/deburring tasks accurately.
