• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred, casting industry experience a plus.
• Ability to interpret simple instructions and operate with minimal supervision.
• Ability to read basic procedures and write simple notes.
• Willingness to train others and learn new equipment.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds with or without accommodations.

• Conduct bench grinding and deburring on aerospace-grade castings.
• Remove excess material and isolate features with precision.
• Polish surfaces and remove die lines from critical areas.
