Job summary

RTX is seeking an Engineering Intern in the Components Analytical Group within the MSEN Module Center at East Hartford. You will design and analyze carbon seals and rolling element bearings for P&W gas turbine engines, contributing to both commercial and military programs.

This onsite internship offers hands-on experience in aerospace design, modeling, and validation with mentorship and meaningful project impact.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Advanced degree in Mechanical, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering or related STEM and actively enrolled through the internship session.
• Experience with CAD software.
• Minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.0.

Responsibilities

• Design and analyze carbon seals and rolling element bearings for P&W gas turbine engines, with validation and project-related activity.
• Collaborate within the MSEN Module Center on aerospace components challenges.
