Job summary

The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills; you will operate balancing equipment, interpret blueprints and GD&T, and use micrometers, calipers, and height gauges.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2-4 years of manufacturing, machining, mechanical, or production experience.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint-reading skills.
• Experience using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and work with computers in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate balancing and production equipment used in the manufacturing of complex aerospace components.
• Interpret aerospace blueprints, diagrams, and GD&T dimensions to ensure specifications are met.
• Use precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, indicators, and height gauges.
• Perform inspections and verify product tolerances throughout the manufacturing process.
• Support production and assembly activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.
