What's the Job?
Operate balancing and production equipment used in the manufacturing of complex aerospace components.
Interpret aerospace blueprints, diagrams, and GD&T dimensions to ensure specifications are met.
Use precision measuring instruments including micrometers, calipers, indicators, and height gauges.
Perform inspections and verify product tolerances throughout the manufacturing process.
Support production and assembly activities while maintaining quality and safety standards.
What's Needed?
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2-4 years of manufacturing, machining, mechanical, or production experience.
Strong mechanical aptitude and blueprint-reading skills.
Experience using precision measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work with computers in a production environment.
