Job summary

Honda is seeking an experienced Simulation & Test Electrical Design Engineer to join our Advanced Systems Integration Test Facility (ASITF). You will author and maintain electrical drawings for avionics and electrical systems, including data busses, power systems, sensors, and I/O.

Responsibilities include designing test hardware, wiring harnesses, and simulation interfaces; you will work with models and actual aircraft hardware to support certification and integration efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant engineering field; 5–10 years in aircraft systems test and wiring design.
• PLM System (Teamcenter) strongly preferred.
• Proficiency in JIRA Databases and MS Visio.
• Experience with aircraft systems,test and simulation; drafting and maintaining electrical drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement electrical integration and test solutions for ASITF.
• Evaluate, develop, and implement solutions for complex electrical system design and test integration.
• Document analyses, decisions, design solutions, and project activities to support system integration and certification.
