Job summary

Pratt & Whitney Arlington, TX is seeking a Production Generalist to support aero‑engine and Industrial Gas Turbine refurbishment operations. The role offers a dynamic environment with a focus on continuous improvement and safety.

This onsite position on first shift weekends 3X12 (6:00 a.m. – 6:30 p.m.) requires a HS diploma and up to one year of relevant experience; preferred familiarity with manufacturing, SAP, and Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED with at least 1 year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Surface prep and repair turbine airfoil components (grit blasting, masking, blending).
• Support training and development of team members.
• Carry out duties to improve individual and team performance.
• Assist with additional tasks to support operations.
• Follow environmental, health and safety policies.
• Maintain positive relationships within the team.
• Complete work with a strong safety focus.
