Re:Build Cutting Dynamics (Avon Lake, Ohio) seeks an assembler to set up and maintain a clean, organized work area, verify stock, and install aircraft-grade hardware. You will coordinate with the Foreman, Operators, and Quality team to resolve issues and ensure conformance, while recording results and completing paperwork accurately.

Minimum requirements include a high school diploma or GED and fluent English, with strong math, integrity, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and install hardware: screw thread inserts, rivets, screws, bolts, and related components.

• Keep the assembly area orderly and sustain assembly equipment for reliable performance.
• Collaborate with Management, Foreman, Operators, and Quality to coordinate assignments and address issues.
• Complete all reports and documentation legibly and on time.

A day in this rolePicture your morning at our Re:Build Cutting Dynamics site in Avon Lake, Ohio: you set up a clean, organized assembly area, verify hardware and component stock, and ready your tools. Your focus for the day is assembling aircraft-grade hardware—installing screw thread inserts, fitting rivets, driving screws and bolts, and integrating small components to precise specifications. Throughout your shift, you coordinate with your Foreman and partner with Management, Operators, and the Quality team to resolve questions and confirm conformance.
