Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking a Forming Operator to join our Avon, OH-based team. You will rapidly assemble parts, load and unload machines, and support production with safe, accurate operation in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has a High School Diploma, basic English, and solid math skills, with a dependable work ethic and the ability to meet deadlines while collaborating with team members on quality-focused tasks.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Rapidly, precisely, safely, and accurately assemble parts
• Load and unload items from machines
• Safely, accurately, and efficiently operate machinery used in the production process or assist machine operators
• Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Start machines or equipment to begin production processes
• Remove products or workpieces from production equipment
• Mount attachments or tools onto production equipment
• Record operational or production data
• Watch operating equipment to detect malfunctions
