Job summary

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking an ambitious Forming Operator to join our fast-paced, collaborative team in a manufacturing setting. You will rapidly assemble parts, load and unload items from machines, and assist operators while ensuring safety and quality standards are met.

Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, basic English communication, and dependable work habits, with the ability to meet production deadlines and work well with others.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience preferred.
• Ability to understand and communicate basic English.
• Basic counting and math skills required.
• Capable of meeting production deadlines and collaborating with teammates.
• Dependability, timeliness and accuracy in task completion.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly and precisely assemble parts.
• Load and unload items from machines.
• Safely operate machinery and assist operators.
• Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for processing and inspection.
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
• Start machines to begin production processes.
• Remove products from production equipment.
• Record operational or production data.
• Monitor equipment to detect malfunctions.

What you will get to do

• Rapidly, precisely, safely, and accurately assemble parts
• Load and unload items from machines
• Safely, accurately, and efficiently operate machinery used in the production process or assist machine operators
• Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting, or wrapping
• Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards
• Start machines or equipment to begin production processes
• Remove products or workpieces from production equipment
• Mount attachments or tools onto production equipment
• Record operational or production data
• Watch operating equipment to detect malfunctions

What you bring to the team

• High School Diploma or equivalent experience is preferred
• Ability to understand and communicate basic English
• Basic counting and math skills
• Capability to work well under production deadlines and collaborate effectively
• Dependability, timeliness, and accurately completing tasks efficiently
