Job summary

Eaton Westminster is seeking an Assembler I to join the AER MSD Mission System Division in Westminster, MD. This entry‑level role supports production and fabrication of high‑precision aerospace components, with a focus on safety and quality on a 6:30am–3pm Monday–Friday shift.

You will prepare liners, paint, sand, and coat pressure vessels, follow 5S and process instructions, and assist with traceability and job documentation while working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of manufacturing or military experience.
• U.S. person per ITAR; no immigration sponsorship offered.
• No relocation benefit; within 50 miles of Westminster, MD.

Responsibilities

• Prepare pressure vessel liners for production through cleaning and taping.
• Aerosol paint pressure vessels; sand cured vessels.
• UV coat and prepare vessels for testing; maintain traceability.
• Follow safety, 5S, and process instructions; report near misses.
