Job summary

The Fountain Group is seeking an Assembler B - D81-Assembly for a prominent client in Smithfield, PA. The role is a 6+ month onsite assignment with a day shift from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and an hourly rate of $32.03/hr on W2.

Qualified candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED and 1+ years reading drawings and specifications, with exposure to regulated manufacturing environments and assembly of mechanical or electrical systems.

Qualifications

• Reading and understanding engineering drawings and specifications (blueprints, schematics)
• Experience in highly regulated environments where compliance is critical
• Experience in a manufacturing setting with fabrication/assembly of mechanical or electrical systems

Responsibilities

• Perform routine production assembly on structural and mechanical assemblies and aircraft systems using manual operations
• Contribute to continuous improvement and document actions for problem resolution or preventive action
• Work independently to develop, modify and document actions to resolve issues
• Engage in ongoing learning to maintain necessary knowledge and skills
