Job summary

CIRCOR International, Inc. in Corona, California is seeking an experienced mechanical assembler to perform highly complex assembly, fitting and alignment of components to close tolerances.

The role involves knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, fluids, and electronics with some soldering, plus troubleshooting and rework. Training in Clean Room techniques may be provided; basic marking with machines and etching equipment is required.

Qualifications

  • Read, write, speak and understand English.
  • Have good manual dexterity and the ability to work with detailed blueprints, procedures, assembly sketches or other written/verbal instructions of simple complexity.
  • Basic math skills to calculate simple percentages regarding adjustment of set pressures.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables where only limited standardization exists.
  • Perform moderate trouble shooting with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to embrace change and participate in continuous improvement activity.

Candidate Requirements

PAY RANGE

$18.00 - $19.50 per hour (+ Shift Differential $0.75 per hour, if applicable). Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
