Job summary

The Assembly Test Technician II will assemble and test basic actuators, accumulators and valves, ensuring compliance with customer specs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 4–6 years of relevant experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble and test basic actuators, accumulators, and valves per customer specs and regulatory requirements.
  • Measure parts to verify tolerances.
  • Position, align, and assemble components with fasteners.
  • Disassemble and replace components as needed.
  • Conduct functional tests to ensure proper performance.
  • Perform detailed testing for stress, tolerance and other parameters per work orders.
  • Clean and lubricate parts and assemblies.
  • Apply identifying information to parts and finished assemblies.
