Job summary

Raytheon’s Dine Facility in Farmington, NM is seeking a dependable assembler to perform a variety of manufacturing tasks including assembly, disassembly, encapsulation, soldering, and inspection of wire harnesses and electronic/mechanical components.

Candidates must have a HS diploma or GED and U.S. citizenship. The role requires good eye-hand coordination, attention to detail, ability to follow instructions, and willingness to work overtime on-site.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED or vocational/technical education in related discipline.
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.
• Verbal and written communication skills are advantageous.
• Eye-hand coordination for assembly and ability to monitor and self-check work.

Responsibilities

• Assemble, disassemble, re-assemble, encapsulate, solder, repair and/or inspect wire harnesses and electronic/mechanical systems.
• Check own work with fixtures and production aids to ensure workmanship quality.
• May route, dispatch and expedite flow of material.
• Follow written instructions, procedures and product specifications.
• Work safely and in accordance with environmental and safety requirements.
