Job summary

Hera Technologies is seeking a hands-on AI&T Technician to support production in a fast-paced aerospace environment. You will perform precision assembly, integration, bonding, inspection and testing for flight hardware, following drawings and process specs.

The role requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail and capability to work in regulated manufacturing with traceable documentation. Teamwork and process improvements are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical certification or associate degree preferred.
• 2–5+ years in aerospace, defense, or related industries.
• Experience reading engineering drawings, travelers, and instructions.
• Familiar with regulated manufacturing (AS9100 preferred).

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly, integration, bonding, and testing on aerospace hardware.
• Follow drawings, travelers, and process specs for builds.
• Support mechanical and electro-mechanical assembly with tools and fixtures.
• Assist bonding, coatings, composites handling as needed.
• Conduct inspections and basic functional testing for quality.
• Maintain documentation and traceability for production.
• Identify nonconformances and escalate to leadership and Quality.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams.
