Hera Technologies is seeking a hands‑on AI&T (Assembly, Integration & Test) Technician to support production operations within a fast‑paced aerospace manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for executing precision assembly, integration, bonding, inspection, and testing activities in support of flight hardware and advanced aerospace systems.
The ideal candidate brings strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience working in regulated manufacturing environments. This individual thrives in a team‑oriented setting, follows detailed work instructions with precision, and takes pride in producing high‑quality hardware that meets demanding customer and engineering requirements.
Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case‑by‑case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job‑related knowledge and skills, education, and experience.
Total compensation will also include a comprehensive set of benefits including but not limited to: Company‑paid employee medical, dental and vision insurance. Retirement plan participation (eligibility required), paid sick leave, paid vacation, paid holidays and discretionary bonuses.
