Job summary

Blue Origin LLC is seeking an Integration Technician for the Greater Seattle area. The role supports assembly, hardware, and integration across Lunar mission hardware, bridging development and production in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in aerospace manufacturing and precise assembly is essential, with emphasis on safety, quality, and teamwork. This shift runs Monday through Thursday with a 5:00 AM to 3:30 PM schedule, and opportunities for professional growth abound.

Qualifications

• Experience with aerospace manufacturing, integration, or related field (3+ years).
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications accurately.
• Proficiency with precision calibration tools (torque wrenches, micrometers, calipers, laser tracker, optical instruments).
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work at heights or in confined spaces.
• Experience with adhesives, sealants, and thermal blankets.
• Proficiency with Windows and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Configure new production work areas with tooling and equipment to enable efficient workflows.
• Operate precision calibrated tools to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement projects for safety and efficiency.
• Lead transition from development to production and perform troubleshooting as needed.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas following 5S principles.
