Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years aerospace assembly/test experience in manufacturing or related mechanical work.
• Able to read blueprints, routes, test specifications and apply procedures.

Responsibilities

• Performs moderately complex assembly/test functions using tools and test equipment in a manufacturing environment.
• Records test results on data forms using electrical equipment and measurement devices.
• Interprets blueprints, engineering orders, and quality directives to produce compliant assemblies.
• Performs touch-up or full surface painting of parts as needed and ensures conformance to standards.
• Actively participates in lean initiatives to identify areas for improvement.
