Dayton-Granger, Inc. (DG) is hiring for a Manufacturing Assembler to perform assembly, soldering, and precision paint touch-up on small electrical and mechanical components in Fort Lauderdale, FL. The role emphasizes quality, accuracy, and attention to detail in an on-site, full-time setting.

Qualifications

• Experience using hand tools and working with small, detailed components.
• Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills.
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Assemble small electrical and mechanical components using hand tools and work instructions.
• Perform detailed paint touch-up to correct minor cosmetic defects and ensure parts meet visual quality standards.
• Remove masking materials and prepare parts for final inspection.
• Visually inspect parts for surface quality, color consistency, and overall workmanship.
• Perform light soldering on small, detailed components.
• Mix, apply, and cure epoxies and adhesives using taping, fixturing, and oven processes.
• Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and quality procedures.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
• Comply with all DG safety procedures and policies as directed by the Facility Engineer/Safety Director
