Terran Orbital is seeking an experienced Accountant to join our dynamic team. Reporting to the Sr.

Accounting Manager, the Accountant will process, verify, and reconcile financial transactions, support month‑end close activities, and contribute to the efficiency of the Accounting department. Your strong background in accounting and 2–4 years of experience, plus proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics 365, will help manage payables, reconcile inventories, prepare reports, and maintain ledgers with

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• 2–4 years accounting experience required.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting deadlines with accurate execution.
• Self-motivated and proactive, able to work independently.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and practices for AP and GL.
• U.S. Person or lawful permanent resident per export regulations.

Responsibilities

• Process, verify, and reconcile invoices for timely payments.
• Charge expenses to GL accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices.
• Support month-end close by reconciling inventory to GL and preparing reports.
• Perform cost analytics for materials and services across cost objects.
• Act as liaison between Manufacturing, Accounting, and Procurement.
• Pay vendors and resolve discrepancies in PO, contract, or payments.
• Process employee expense reports and verify documentation.
• Reconcile vendor accounts and maintain ledgers.
• Provide weekly unpaid invoices and cash balance reports.
• Maintain accounting ledgers and GL reconciliations.
