Salary Range: $127,900.00 To $154,760.00 Annually
Rubbercraftis seeking an Account Program Manager (Aerospace) to serve as the primary point of contact for key aerospace customers while driving account performance, customer satisfaction, and operational execution. This role partners closely with Operations, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Sales to ensure exceptional customer service, on‑time delivery, and program success.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, enjoys building long‑term customer relationships, and is comfortable managing multiple priorities, analyzing data, and driving cross‑functional collaboration.
In addition to managing customer relationships, this position oversees order management activities, ERP updates, customer scorecards, and program reporting to ensure accurate execution and continuous improvement.
