Hytek Finishes Co. in Kent, WA is seeking an Abrasive Blast Operator for the 1st shift. This on-site, full-time role requires operating blasting equipment, following process instructions, and maintaining safety and quality checks.
The position requires good attendance, basic English communication, and the ability to work with PPE in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. FAA/DOT testing may apply; benefits are provided as part of the compensation package.

Hytek production is open 24 hours per day. Normal Shifts are as follows: 1st shift (Monday – Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m.), 2nd shift (Monday – Friday, 2:00 p.m. - 10:30 p.m.), 3rd shift (Sunday – Friday, 10:00 p.m. - 6:30 a.m.)
Salary Range for position: $ 21.00 - $ 40.00. The pay range and total compensation package listed above is the expected pay offered for this position at the start of employment. Your pay will be based on multiple factors, including and not limited to your relevant experience level, and skillset while balancing internal equity relative to other employees. Employees in this position use a variety of media to blast parts in preparation for a variety of surface finishes. Blasters may be required to join the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Program*. Blasters perform operations in accordance with Military, Industry and OEM specifications.
* FAA DOT Drug & Alcohol Testing Program requires an initial pre-employment drug test including a screen for THC, subject to quarterly Drug & BAT testing.
