Job summary

Jobot is seeking a CNC Programmer at an aerospace facility in the United States. You will drive 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC programming and process optimization, influencing machine/tooling rollouts to boost efficiency, quality, and growth.

The role requires 5+ years of CNC programming experience, Siemens NX (Unigraphics) or Mastercam proficiency, and strong GD&T skills. Salary ranges from $90,000 to $125,000 per year with day-one benefits and a sign-on bonus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of CNC programming experience with 3-axis minimum.
• Proficiency in Siemens NX (Unigraphics) or Mastercam and strong GD&T skills.
• Experience building programs from scratch and understanding tooling/materials.

Responsibilities

• Create and optimize 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC programs in Siemens NX
• Select tooling, set speeds/feeds, and establish cutting strategies
• Perform simulations and troubleshooting to ensure first-article success
• Develop setup sheets and process documentation meeting AS9100 standards
• Reduce cycle times and lead continuous-improvement initiatives
• Collaborate with production, quality, and supply-chain during ramp-up
