Job summary

Masterbilt Incorporated in Indiana seeks a CNC Programmer – Mill to develop and optimize CNC programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis milling of aerospace components. Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of CNC milling and programming experience.
• Advanced proficiency with Mastercam or comparable CAM software.
• Strong GD&T knowledge and ASME Y14.5 standards.
• Aerospace manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, generate, validate, and maintain CNC milling programs for 3-, 4-, and 5-axis work.
• Create setup sheets, tooling lists, and manufacturing documentation.
• Interpret drawings and GD&T per ASME Y14.5 standards.
• Optimize cutting parameters and tooling selections to improve efficiency and quality.
• Support machinists during setups, first articles, and production runs.
• Troubleshoot machining and CNC program issues with Engineering and Quality.
• Maintain program revision control and manufacturing documentation.
• Collaborate to ensure manufacturability and conformance to customer requirements.
• Participate in root cause investigations and continuous improvement initiatives.
