Advance CNC in Grove City, Ohio is seeking an expert-level CNC Programmer for aerospace and defense machining. This role requires ownership of the entire programming process, writing and optimizing Mastercam programs for 4- and 5-axis Makino mills, with automation integration.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of Mastercam experience, 5+ years as a CNC Setup Machinist, and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Mastercam (or comparable) on 4- and 5-axis Makino mills.
• 5+ years as a CNC Setup Machinist.
• Vericut experience is a plus.
• Owner of programming process; proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• CNC programming using Mastercam for 4-axis and 5-axis Makino milling centers with automation.
• Fixture design, tool selection, and setup sheets.
• Collaborating with Production and Quality to ensure quality parts.
